Welcome to this corner of the internet. I’m Sasha Blossom Anthony - a human first, and also an ASCHP-licensed holistic counsellor (for individuals, couples, and groups), a registered yoga teacher, and a soon-to-be hormone coach.

My work is rooted in an integrative, holistic approach. Here’s why:

I’ve been captivated by the human psyche and called toward collective healing for as long as I can remember. When the time came to choose a career path, psychology felt like a natural home. From my very first lecture, I was hooked...  and that awe hasn’t faded.

But over time, I realised something crucial: true healing asks more of us than insight alone. It lives not just in the mind, but in the body, the soul, and the systems that shape our lives.

So I began expanding my toolkit—deepening into the nervous system, hormone health, yoga, sexology, spirituality, and decolonising frameworks—all alongside my formal studies in psychology.

The result? A practice that’s woven from many threads.

I honour both the inner and outer worlds: the intricate terrain of your internal experience, and the wider structures - social, political, ancestral - that impact your healing.

Because we are interconnected beings.
The MindBodySoul is not separate - and neither is healing.
Our capacity to transform, reclaim, and return to ourselves is infinite.
My work honours that.
